Safe Boosting Terms of Service

Your use of safeboosting.net (“the site”, “we”, “us”) is subject to the terms below. Accessing any page of the site means you accept them; if they are not acceptable to you, do not use the site.

1. Site Overview

Safe Boosting is an independent publication that reviews and compares game boosting services. Our output is editorial: reviews, rankings, pricing research and buying guides. We are not a boosting provider - we do not sell, resell, operate or broker any boosting service, and we take no part in transactions between you and the services we cover.

2. Reviews, Not Recommendations

Ratings, positions in our tables, written reviews, quoted prices and how-to material all carry our editorial view, formed from research and real orders at the time each page went live. Read them as general information. Providers revise pricing, rules and standards constantly, so no page can be promised as exhaustive, still accurate today or free of mistakes, and none of this replaces advice from a lawyer, an accountant or any other professional.

3. Outside Services

Third-party sites and services appear in our reviews and in our links, yet control over them rests with their operators, not with us. An order you place is a private contract with the provider, governed by its pricing, terms and policies. Their conduct, stock, content and availability sit beyond our reach and beyond our responsibility.

Bear in mind that a publisher can treat boosting as a rule violation and act against the account involved. Assessing that exposure is on you, whichever provider you pick from our tables.

4. Rules of Use

• Do not republish, scrape or mass-copy the site's content without our permission.
• Do not probe, overload or otherwise interfere with the site or the infrastructure behind it.
• Do not pass yourself off as us, or use our name or content to suggest an endorsement.
• Do not send us fabricated evidence or bogus correction requests.

5. Rights and Marks

Copyright in the original work published here, from the writing and the ratings through to the page design, rests with us. A short quotation is acceptable when a link accompanies it. Trademarks of game publishers and of boosting companies show up in these pages for identification and nothing else, and safeboosting.net is neither partnered with nor approved by any of them.

6. No Warranties

Use of the site happens on an “as available” and “as is” footing. Every warranty that might otherwise apply, express or implied, is disclaimed - accuracy, suitability for any given purpose, non-infringement - and no undertaking is given that pages will always load or always behave.

7. Our Liability

So far as the law permits, we are not liable for special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages of any kind arising from the site or from dealings with third-party services discovered through it, including banned or lost accounts, lost data and lost profits. Where the law will not allow exclusion, the ceiling is what this site has ever charged you: nothing.

8. Updates to These Terms

Revisions to these terms happen occasionally. Whatever text stands on this page, under the effective date printed with it, is what applies; carry on using the site after a revision and the new text governs you.
